1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the j2bat website (the "Platform"), operated under the domain j2bat.cam. The Platform is an English-language online gaming information and gaming service designed for adult users, with a specific focus on the Pakistani market. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and j2bat ("we", "us", "our").

j2bat provides access to sports betting markets, live casino products, slots, table games and related gaming information services. The Platform publishes content in English and targets adult users in Pakistan, including players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned below:

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering an Account, placing a wager or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You have read and accept the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4 Account Eligibility

Access to j2bat is subject to the following eligibility conditions. You must satisfy all of the following at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is higher. j2bat strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age cannot be verified.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the law of your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for verifying that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan should be aware that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 may restrict or prohibit certain gambling activities. 4. Single Account: Each User may maintain only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be subject to a voluntary self-exclusion order or any operator-imposed exclusion that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.
6. Not a Platform Employee: Employees, contractors and immediate family members of j2bat personnel are not permitted to hold active gaming accounts.

5 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of Platform features, Users must complete the Account registration process. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete personal information as requested during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details;
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times;
• Keep your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify j2bat immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your Account, whether authorised by you or not.

j2bat reserves the right to require KYC verification at any point, including before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable forms of identification may include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or other government-issued photo identification document, together with supporting proof of address documentation. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following provisions govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds through the Platform:

6.1 Deposits. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. j2bat references Pakistani payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as familiar local payment context only. The availability, applicable limits and processing rules of any payment method are subject to change without notice and are governed by the relevant operator's payment terms, not these Terms alone.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to Account verification, completed KYC and the operator's applicable processing procedures. j2bat does not guarantee specific processing timescales. Withdrawal availability, minimum and maximum amounts, and applicable fees (if any) are set by the operator and the relevant payment provider. Cryptocurrency withdrawals, where available, are additionally subject to network confirmation times and applicable blockchain fees.

6.3 Fraud Prevention. j2bat employs fraud detection systems to protect the Platform and its users. Any Account found to be associated with fraudulent activity, unauthorised payment methods, money laundering or the abuse of promotional offers will be immediately suspended and may be referred to relevant authorities.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions and other promotional incentives available through the Platform are subject to these Terms and any additional specific bonus terms published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement obliges the User to place a total of PKR 30,000 in qualifying stakes before withdrawal is permitted.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permissible single bet is as specified in the applicable offer terms (commonly in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 per spin or round). Exceeding this limit may result in the voiding of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino products may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The specific contribution schedule applicable to each offer is set by the operator.
• Bonus Expiry: Promotional offers are time-limited. Bonus credit and free spins that remain unused or for which wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the specified period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus winnings. Users should review the specific terms of each offer before claiming.
• One Account, One Bonus: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each User is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempts to circumvent this restriction through duplicate accounts or associated accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonus credit and Account suspension.

j2bat reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. All promotional figures shown on the Platform are illustrative unless expressly confirmed as current by the operator.

8 Acceptable Use

Users of the Platform must not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised;
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, access controls or geo-restrictions;
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities — any winnings arising from exploitation of a malfunction shall be void;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law, including money laundering or the financing of illegal activity;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engaging in offensive, abusive or harassing behaviour in any Platform communication channel.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of pending balances and, where legally required, the reporting of account activity to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, editorial copy and user interface designs — is either owned by j2bat or licensed to j2bat by third-party content providers. All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of j2bat.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j2bat and its affiliates, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any errors, interruptions, delays or inaccuracies in the Platform's content, odds or game outcomes;
• Losses sustained as a result of gambling activity conducted through the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account;
• Any third-party content, services or payment providers referenced on or accessible via the Platform.

j2bat makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness for purpose, accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11 Responsible Gambling

j2bat is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide Users with access to the following responsible gambling tools, the availability and configuration of which are subject to operator-specific implementation:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit ceilings in PKR to control their gambling expenditure;
• Loss Limits: Configurable thresholds beyond which no further losses will be permitted within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session termination after a specified duration, to encourage regular breaks;
• Reality Check Notifications: On-screen prompts reminding Users of the time elapsed and funds wagered during a session;
• Self-Exclusion: Users may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined cooling-off period or permanently;
• Account Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary suspension of gambling access without full account closure.

12 Suspension & Termination

j2bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive or abusive behaviour has been detected on the Account;
• KYC verification cannot be completed to the required standard;
• A self-exclusion request has been received or an underage user has been identified;
• Continued Account operation would expose j2bat to legal, regulatory or reputational risk;
• A User requests closure of their Account in writing.

Upon Account termination, any verified cash balance held in the Account (net of any applicable bonus amounts) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any outstanding investigation. Bonus credit and wagering-incomplete bonus winnings will be forfeited upon closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction, details of which are provided in the applicable operator terms made available at the point of account registration. Where the operator's license jurisdiction differs from your own jurisdiction of residence, you may have additional rights under local consumer protection legislation.

In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the Platform, Users are encouraged to contact j2bat customer support in the first instance. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in the operator's licensing terms. j2bat does not claim to operate under any Pakistani regulatory authority.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any mandatory consumer rights you may hold under the law of your jurisdiction of residence.

14 Amendments to These Terms

j2bat reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page. Where required by applicable law or our operator licence conditions, registered Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
