1 Introduction
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how j2bat ("we", "us", "our"), operating through the domain j2bat.cam, collects, processes, stores and protects the personal information of users ("you", "your") who access or register on the j2bat Platform (the "Platform"). j2bat is an English-language online gaming information and gaming services platform designed for adult users in Pakistan, including players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.
We take your privacy seriously. This Policy is intended to be transparent, specific and accessible — not a wall of impenetrable legal text. We explain in plain English what data we hold, why we hold it, how long we keep it and what you can do if you want to exercise control over your information.
This Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the Platform more broadly. By accessing or using j2bat, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy.
Scope Notice: This Policy applies to personal data collected directly by j2bat through the Platform. It does not govern the privacy practices of third-party payment providers, game suppliers or analytics services whose own privacy policies apply to data processed by them independently.
2 Definitions
The following terms are used throughout this Privacy Policy with the meanings set out below:

| "Data Processor" | A third party that processes Personal Data on behalf of j2bat, subject to contractual data protection obligations. |
| "KYC Data" | Identity verification documents and associated personal information collected during the Know Your Customer verification process, such as government-issued CNIC, passport copies and proof of address. |

3 Data Controller
For the purposes of applicable data protection law, j2bat acts as the Data Controller in respect of Personal Data collected directly through the Platform. Our Data Controller obligations include ensuring that Personal Data is collected only for specified, legitimate purposes; processed lawfully, fairly and transparently; kept accurate and up to date; retained only for as long as necessary; and protected against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
j2bat does not represent that it is regulated by or registered with any Pakistani data protection authority. Users in Pakistan should be aware that the Personal Data Protection Bill and other applicable legislation may provide additional rights depending on their specific circumstances. We recommend consulting a qualified legal professional if you have questions about your data protection rights under Pakistani law.
4 Data We Collect
j2bat collects Personal Data from you in the following categories, depending on how you interact with the Platform:
4.1 Registration Data
When you create an Account, we collect: full legal name; date of birth; residential address (including city — for example Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad); email address; mobile phone number; and your chosen username. This data is required to open and manage your Account.
4.2 KYC & Identity Verification Data
Before withdrawal functions are enabled, we require identity verification. KYC Data may include a copy of your Pakistani CNIC, passport or other government-issued photo identification, together with supporting proof of address documentation. This data is processed solely for verification purposes and applicable regulatory compliance.
4.3 Financial Transaction Data
We collect records of deposits, withdrawals and gaming transactions conducted through your Account, including amounts in PKR (or other applicable currencies), payment method references and transaction timestamps. We do not store full payment card numbers or complete banking credentials — payment processing is handled by third-party providers subject to their own data security standards.
4.4 Technical & Device Data
Automatically collected technical data includes: IP address; browser type and version; operating system; device type and identifiers; pages visited and actions taken on the Platform; session duration; referral source; and geographic location data derived from IP address.

When you contact our support team via live chat or email, we retain records of that correspondence, including the content of messages and associated metadata, for the purposes of resolving queries and improving our service.
4.6 Responsible Gambling Data

- Payment Processors: Transactional data is shared with third-party payment service providers to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. We reference familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples only. These providers process data under their own applicable privacy policies and are not affiliated with or endorsed by j2bat for gambling purposes.
- Identity Verification Services: KYC Data may be shared with specialist identity verification service providers engaged to process and authenticate identity documents on j2bat's behalf.

- Corporate Transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred to the acquiring entity subject to equivalent data protection commitments.
No Marketing Sales: j2bat does not share or sell your Personal Data to third-party advertisers or data brokers for targeted marketing or profiling purposes.

While we apply industry-standard security measures, no data transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is entirely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for breaches that result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
9 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, maintain session continuity and analyse how users interact with j2bat. The following cookie categories are used:
You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time. Disabling optional cookies will not prevent you from using the core features of j2bat but may affect personalisation and analytics functionality. For full cookie management instructions, consult your browser's help documentation.
10 International Data Transfers
As j2bat operates an international Platform with infrastructure and service providers located in multiple jurisdictions, your Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Pakistan. Where such transfers take place, we take appropriate steps to ensure that your data receives a level of protection equivalent to that required under applicable data protection law, including the use of:
- Standard contractual clauses or data processing agreements with international service providers;
- Transfers to countries recognised as providing adequate data protection standards by relevant regulatory bodies;
- Binding internal policies where applicable to intra-group data transfers.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your Personal Data may be processed outside Pakistan in jurisdictions whose data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence.
11 Minors
j2bat is strictly an adults-only Platform. We do not knowingly collect or process Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. Registration is expressly prohibited for minors.
If we become aware that Personal Data has been collected from a user who does not meet the minimum age requirement, we will promptly suspend the relevant Account, void any associated balances and take steps to securely delete the data collected. If you believe a minor may have registered on the Platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 15.
Age Verification: We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation may result in Account restriction or closure.

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact us using the details provided in Section 15. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable law. Where requests are manifestly unfounded, repetitive or excessive, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or refuse to act on the request, providing written reasons for such refusal.
13 Third-Party Links & Services
The Platform may reference third-party payment providers, game suppliers, sports leagues and other external services as contextual information for users. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the data practices of those third parties. We do not endorse, control or accept responsibility for the privacy policies or data handling practices of any third party whose services or brands are mentioned on j2bat.
In particular, references to Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as familiar local context only. When you interact with those services directly, their own terms and privacy policies govern the data you provide to them.
14 Amendments to This Policy
j2bat reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or Platform features. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page and, where required, notify registered users via their registered contact information.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to a revised Policy, you should cease using the Platform and, where applicable, submit an Account closure request. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
